このたび、宿泊予約サイト「Booking.com」経由で当ホテルをご予約された一部のお客様に対し、予約確認や支払いを求める不審なメールが送信されている事象を確認いたしました。

「Booking.com」に対して状況確認および調査を依頼し、当ホテルでは予約アカウントが不正利用された形跡はないと確認しております。

原因については引き続き調査を依頼しておりますとともに、管理システムのログインパスワードを変更するなど、すでに必要な措置を講じております。

誠に恐れ入りますが、「Booking.com」で予約されたお客様におかれましては、不審なメール・アプリメッセージを受信された場合、記載されているURL等には絶対にアクセスしないようお願い申し上げます。

クレジットカード情報の入力・決済をされた場合は、速やかにカード会社や金融機関、お近くの警察署にご相談ください。

We have confirmed that suspicious emails requesting reservation confirmation or payment have been sent to some guests who booked our hotel through “Booking.com.”

We have requested that “Booking.com” verify the situation and conduct an investigation, and we have confirmed that there is no evidence of unauthorized use of Booking.com accounts.

We are continuing to request an investigation into the cause of this issue and have already taken the necessary measures, such as changing the login passwords for our Booking.com management system.

If you have made a reservation through “Booking.com” and receive any suspicious emails or app messages, please do not, under any circumstances, access any URLs or links contained in such messages.

If you have entered your credit card information or made a payment, please contact your credit card company, financial institution, or your local police station immediately.
