We offer Western, Japanese and Chinese cuisines which are all prepared by the chefs exclusive to that cuisines.

  • Breakfast buffet at Hotel Okura Kobe includes breads freshly baked at the hotel bakery, omelettes cooked by a chef right in front of you, other egg dishes, hams and salads delicately seasoned and prepared to preserve the natural flavor and textures of the ingredients, miso soup and other Japanese side dishes. Please be sure to enjoy Okura's traditional French toasts that have been carried on from the past generations of Okura's chefs.

  • Tempura is the Japanese dish of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. At Tempura Nishiki of Hotel Okura Kobe, tempura right out of the hot oil is served at the counter seating. Fresh tempura has light and crisp batter, and served with salt or dipping sauce. We also have full course menus to present seasonal ingredients.

  • At Sushi Hamaiso of Hotel Okura Kobe, guests enjoy culinary skills of the chefs at the counter seating where chefs prepare sushi using fresh fish and seasonal seafood from the local Seto Inland Sea. Please stop by and savor the flavors of each season as well as the skilled maneuvers of the chefs.

  • Kobe is the largest sake producing region in Japan known for its famous sake brewery Nadagogo. At Hotel Okura Kobe, we offer premium sake from Nadagogo as well as other carefully selected sake from throughout Japan. Let us suggest the perfect sake to pair with your Japanese meals.

  • Kobe beef refers to Japanese black wagyu beef raised in Hyogo prefecture and passed the strict standard set by the Kobe Beef Marketing & Distribution Promotion Association. Kobe beef is known to be one of the top highest ranked wagyu beef and this premium meat comes with a chrysanthemum stamp proving its authenticity. At Teppanyaki Sazanka of Hotel Okura Kobe, we welcome our guests to savor the true flavor and excellence of Kobe beef. Guests will be seated in front of the iron griddle while experienced staff prepares the steak and ensures it is done to your liking.
